Homemade Bisquick Mix 5 cups All-purpose Flour 1/4 cup Baking Powder 3 Tbsp. Sugar 1 tsp. Salt 1 cup Butter, cubed 1. Place flour in large bowl 2. Add baking powder, salt & sugar 3. Stir to mix well 4. Add cubed butter & mix using a pastry blender or food processor (that's what I used). Mix until it resembles cornmeal. 5. Store in refrigerator for several months or in the freezer for a longer time. NOTE: Shortening can be used in place of butter and either stored in a pantry or in refrigerator/f
