The Tesco supermarket container train is well known and often seen about the place. But, do other major UK retailers also have their own trains? I don’t recall seeing an Asda supermarket train or Sainsbury’s train. Maybe they exist but aren’t branded? Also, I’m guessing the Tesco train isn’t used for chilled or frozen products. So they probably still have to go by road in refrigerated lorries? Good to see more freight going by rail though. | Adrian Watson
