Lotte Bijker on Instagram: "Cheesy borrelbrood is al-tijd een hit op de borrelplank! 🧀 Snijd een rond brood kruislings in. Meng gesmolten roomboter met 1 teen knoflook, rozemarijn en zout. Smeer dit tussen de inkepingen en vul de inkepingen met dunne reepjes kaas. Wikkel het brood losjes in aluminiumfolie en bak 20 min in een voorverwarmde oven op 180°C. Bak hierna nog 5 minuten zonder folie tot de kaas gesmolten is en het brood goudbruin is. #kaasbrood #borrelbrood"
